TORONTO — Bar Volo will be relocating to 585 Church St. — just one block over from its current location.
The popular Toronto beer bar announced this spring that it would be forced to close in October, after receiving notice in April that its current address is destined for a new condo development. After 28 years on the corner of Yonge and Dundonald, the Bar Volo team aims to create the same vibe and concept in its new space, though the transition won’t be immediate.
In the meantime, a sour and wild beer-focused spin-off of Bar Volo — Birreria Volo — is set to open soon in Toronto’s Little Italy.
