Barbecue Dry Rub for Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients:  

  • 2 cups kosher salt
  • 1 cup sweet paprika
  • 3 tbsp  onion powder
  • 3 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp rubbed dry thyme
  • 4 tsp dry rosemary
  • 1 tbsp  ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Store in an air-tight container for up to two months.
