HAMILTON — Baskin-Robbins has opened its newest location in Stoney Creek, Ont. The opening marks the brand’s third location in Hamilton and the 105th across Canada. It will be owned and operated by Vivek Patel, a Baskin-Robbins franchisee since 2017.
“We’re growing in terms of guests, team members and also in treats and smiles delivered,” says Natalie Joseph, spokesperson for Baskin-Robbins in Canada. “We’re delighted to see Vivek’s hard work pay off and the extent to which guests in the region have entrusted us for their treats during the past few years.”
Patel’s uncle owns and operates Baskin-Robbins locations in the U.S. and introduced him to the business. “There’s nothing quite like owning a Baskin-Robbins shop,” says Patel. “Our guests don’t just casually stop by. They make their call or visit to our store a key part of their day. It represents the day’s crowning moment and a memory they will cherish. It’s an honour to help spread a little happiness to our guests.”
