EAST GWILLIMBURY, Ont. — Charcoal Group’s 10th Beertown Public House is set to open in East Gwillimbury (Newmarket), Ont. this spring following an almost $4-million renovation to the building that formerly hosted Buffalo Wild Wings.

“The team and I are highly anticipating the launch of our 10th Beertown location. We look forward to expanding and bringing our unique dining experience which encompasses the custom-design elements that have defined us, and serving the high-quality food-and-beverage products on which we’ve built our name and reputation,” says Jody Palubiski, partner, Charcoal Group. “Since this is our 10th location, it’s a big milestone for us and one that we hope will allow us to continue the momentum we’ve been building.”

For this location, the company plans on hiring approximately 100 new team members of all positions including management, chefs, servers, line cooks, bartenders, and hosts.

This next installment of the Charcoal Group’s popular eatery will have an overall interior square footage of 6,275 with a capacity total of 330 — 230 guests inside and 100 guests outdoors.

Beertown Newmarket (East Gwillimbury) will be open daily for lunch and dinner service and plans to launch its popular Saturday and Sunday brunch menu soon after opening its doors.
