MONTREAL — The Ben & Florentine team plans to continue the brand’s growth in 2016 with 10 new restaurants slated for construction this year.
Since opening its first restaurant in Vaudreuil, Que. in 2009, the chain has opened 10 new restaurants during the last 10 months, reaching 38 units with the opening of a new location in Winnipeg last week.
“The quality of our products has always been the heart of our value system. We are constantly working on creating new craveables as well as improving our existing menu offerings,” says Lorne Cassoff, president, Ben & Florentine. “In an increasingly competitive industry, consumers are searching for authenticity and transparency. It is this type of experience that we strive to deliver to our customers every single time they step into our restaurants.”
