MONTREAL — The Ben & Florentine team plans to continue the brand’s growth in 2016 with 10 new restaurants slated for construction this year.
Since opening its first restaurant in Vaudreuil, Que. in 2009, the chain has opened 10 new restaurants during the last 10 months, reaching 38 units with the opening of a new location in Winnipeg last week.
