TORONTO — Canadian quick-service chain Bento Sushi has unveiled plans for an IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange, reports CBC News.
The Toronto-based chain, which was founded in 1996, boasts more than 500 locations and a presence in more than 1,500 grocery stores. According to a preliminary prospectus filed with regulators earlier this week, the company also plans to open 400 new locations in the next five years.
