LOS ANGELES — Artisanal pizzamaker Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza is kicking up the flavour of the traditional sausage pizza with the launch of its Hot Link signature pizza.
The newest menu item features the company’s house-made spicy red sauce and is topped with mozzarella cheese, black olives, red onions, jalapeños, banana peppers and Italian sausage. The Hot Link will be available exclusively on the Blaze Pizza app and website until it becomes available for all guests on September 4.
“While our original red sauce is a classic, our spicy red sauce — made with roasted garlic cloves and jalapeño — has a cult following that really gets our fans fired up,” says Bradford Kent, executive chef. “They crave spicy food and a ton of flavor and we’re excited to deliver a dose of heat with our newest signature pizza.”
