LOS ANGELES — Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza is opening a new location in Lethbridge, Alta. on June 21.
The 2,500-sq.-ft. restaurant will feature an open kitchen, seating for 64 and a patio, which is set to open later this summer. Driven by the brand’s commitment to “intelligent choices for our pizzas, people and planet,” the Lethbridge restaurant is constructed with recycled and sustainable materials, uses eco-friendly packaging and features energy-efficient LED lighting.
“The decision to come to Lethbridge was simple. Lethbridge is home to two great post-secondary institutions, Lethbridge College and the University of Lethbridge and has such a dynamic community with a great quality of life,” says Jared Taylor, vice-president of Operations for Cypress Five Star, the brand’s parent company.
Blaze Pizza’s interactive open-kitchen format allows guests to customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create their own, choosing from a wide selection of fresh, artisanal ingredients. Pies are fast-fired and ready to eat in just 180 seconds.
