LOS ANGELES — Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza has opened a new location in Windsor, Ont.
The 2,552-sq.-ft. restaurant boasts an open kitchen and seating for 54. The build-your-own-pizza concept features made-from-scratch dough crafted in house daily, all-natural meats and vegetables and an open-flame oven, which cooks pizzas in three minutes. Blaze also offers gluten-free dough, vegan cheese, animal-rennet-free dairy and tree-nut-free pesto.
