TORONTO — The Brickworks Ciderhouse is set to open at the Evergreen Brick Works located near the Don Valley Parkway, reports BlogTO.
The cider house is expected to serve as a flagship store for craft ciders in Canada. It will offer local food paired with ciders, a general store and an on-site cidery.
The Brickworks Ciderhouse is set to open in spring 2015, but, in the meantime, Chris Noll, CEO, of the new business, is having cider crafted in North York, Ont. The company’s first release, Batch 1904, is set to hit the LCBO in May. BlogTO.com
