TORONTO — Bloke and 4th, a new resto-lounge serving seasonal dishes with unique food pairings, will begin accepting reservations tomorrow, Feb. 2.

The resto-lounge, which serves dinner till 10 pm before morphing into a dance party, is operated by Adrian Niman and Brent McClenahan of The Food Dudes catering company; Steven Georgiev, an entrepreneur and venture capitalist; and Alex Burgess who will man the kitchen.

The 7,000-sq-ft space was designed to be hip, urban and comfortable, with marble entrances, walnut wood panelling and brick walls that play off exotic artwork and light fixtures. The seasonally inspired menu, which will change four times a year, will feature dishes such as house-cured duck prosciutto and maple bacon, smoked chicken drumettes served with Quebec blue cheese and ice cream in interesting flavours.

Bloke & 4th is located at 401 King St., West in Toronto. Hours of operation are Tuesdays and Thursdays to Saturdays for dining and nightclub events. Wednesdays are open for public dining.
