TORONTO — Chef Matt Blondin has reportedly left Momofuku Daishō.
“Matt Blondin has left Momofuku to explore new opportunities and endeavors,” wrote Sue Chan, a publicist for Momofuku in an email to the Post City. “He was an integral part of the opening team at Momofuku Toronto. He will be missed.”
Blondin’s departure comes on the heels of Patrick Kriss leaving Acadia, where Blondin worked prior to moving to Daishō.
