TORONTO — Evergreen Brick Works, a Toronto community environmental centre, will house the second-annual Wild Blueberry Festival.
The event, sponsored by the Wild Blueberry Association of North America, will feature foodie-friendly, blueberry-centric activities. Attendees can check out a wild blueberry feast at the farmers’ market as well as taste blueberry-inspired dishes prepared by chef Brad Long of Evergreen’s Café Belong and Charlotte Langley of the Ottawa-based Whalesbone Oyster House.The blueberry fest runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Aug. 20.
