MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Bombay Bhel is set to reopen next week following a bomb blast that injured 15 people on May 24, according to CBC News.

After being closed for four months, due to extensive renovations, owner Mohan Nagpal has not set an official date, as the reopening is contingent on last-minute staffing tweaks.

Nagpal is still facing a $6-million civil lawsuit from six victims that suffered severe to permanent injuries as a result of the blast. The victims allege the restaurant failed to provide property security amid a turf war between rival businesses. None of the allegations have been proven in court.
