Book by John Bil Published Posthumously


TORONTO — A book by late chef and restaurateur John Bil has been published posthumously, reports CBC News.

Bil, who passed away early this year, spent the final year of his life completing the manuscript for his book Ship to Shore: Straight Talk from the Seafood Counter, which will be released on October 16.

The book is intended as a resource to help educate seafood lovers and allow them the make informed decisions about the fish and shellfish they consume. The book also features more than 50 recipes, along with full-colour images.
