Booster Juice Partners with Field Roast to Offer Plant-Based Protein

CHICAGO — Booster Juice has partnered with Green Leaf Foods, SPC, owner of Lightlife and Field Roast, to offer plant-based protein for the first time. In addition, all 410 Booster Juice locations across Canada will offer two new sandwiches, featuring Field Roast Italian garlic & fennel plant-based sausage, staring today.

The Italian Crumble Plant-Nini features Field Roast’s Italian plant-based sausage crumble mixed with peppers, onions, spinach and pesto served on a grilled focaccia flatbread. The Italian Crumble Plant Wrap includes the same toppings, but is served on a grilled tortilla wrap.
