MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Boston Pizza is celebrating a milestone with the opening of its 350th location in Canada in Devon, Alta., this week. This news comes a day after the company reported record franchise sales.
“This is a tremendous milestone for Boston Pizza, further positioning us as Canada’s largest casual-dining brand,” said Ken Otto, COO for Boston Pizza International. “Our focus on franchising through a multi-channel strategy is driving the continued growth of the Boston Pizza brand and bringing our great food and in-restaurant experience to Canadians from coast-to-coast.”
Meanwhile, the chain is rolling out a new store design concept across the country with the latest renovation in Laval, Que. The company is planning further expansion in Ellerslie, Alta., Emerald Park, Sask., and Ontario locations in Toronto and Waterloo.
