VANCOUVER — Canada’s 50 Best Bars has unveiled its annual rankings, awarding Botanist Bar No. 2 and The Lobby Lounge and Rawbar No.24. Botanist Restaurant was also recognized as No.61 in Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants list.
Helmed by head bartender Jeff Savage, Botanist Bar features a list of sophisticated yet whimsical cocktails, with a select number of chemist-like designs, including its bespoke cocktail-paired dinner experience in partnership with executive chef Hector Laguna. The Lobby Lounge & RawBar offers handcrafted cocktails and seafood and sushi, led by Creative Beverage director Grant Sceney and executive chef Damon Campbell.
