BP Names New Executive Chef


RICHMOND, B.C. — Michael Gray has been named executive chef and director of Culinary at Boston Pizza.

“Michael brings tremendous skills and leadership to Boston Pizza’s culinary team,” said Ken Otto, COO of Boston Pizza International. “Michael’s addition reinforces our commitment to culinary excellence and the consistent delivery of high-quality and innovative menu items.”

Gray brings more than 20 years of culinary experience after working at some of the leading restaurant brands in Canada as well as with Fairmont Hotels and Marriott hotels. He was also one of the executive chefs at the XV Commonwealth games in Victoria, B.C.
