VANCOUVER — Browns Restaurant Group (BRG) has opened the first location of its new Liberty Kitchen concept. The restaurant is operated by Kyle Anderson, a multi-unit Browns Socialhouse owner and the company’s first multi-brand franchisee in the BRG franchise system.
Located in the Grandview-Corners neighbourhood of South Surrey, B.C., the restaurant celebrates the art of bringing people together over timeless food and great company. Boasting a bright room filled with wood plank and a menu offering fresh ingredients and scratch cooking, guests are sure to feel right at home when they visit.
“We’ve had so many ideas relating to Liberty Kitchen over the last few years…it’s amazing to see it finally up and running,” says Scott Morison, Chairman & CEO, BRG. “This is our second restaurant brand to open in 2018 and we’re looking forward to more in 2019.”
This past summer, BRG launched Browns Crafthouse in downtown Vancouver. The company currently holds four operating brands in its growing portfolio: Browns Socialhouse, Browns Crafthouse, Liberty Kitchen and Scotty Browns in the U.S.
