TORONTO — Innis & Gunn has launched a partnership with Toronto’s Brunswick Bierworks that will see the local company produce several Innis & Gunn products for the Ontario market.
Beers, including Innis & Gunn The Original, Gunnpowder IPA, and Lager will be brewed at Brunswick using the same recipes, ingredients and barrel-aging processes employed in Scotland and will be distributed in 30-litre kegs to bars and restaurants throughout the province. Bottled and canned product will continue to be imported from Scotland.
Innis & Gunn has previously collaborated with Brunswick on two beers — Kanzan & Sakura sour cherry witbier and Innk & Gunn New England IPA — and the companies plan to release additional co-branded small-batch brews.
