EDMONTON — Canada’s first Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is set to open in Edmonton’s West Edmonton Mall in the coming months, reports the Edmonton Journal.
The 8,960-sq.-ft. flagship restaurant will replace an Eddie Bauer location that recently relocated.
The casual-restaurant chain was inspired by the iconic 1994 film Forest Gump and currently boasts more than 40 location in the U.S., Asia and the U.K.
