KITSILANO, B.C. — Award-winning restaurateurs James Iranzad and Josh Pape are preparing to open their third eatery together in Kitsilano, B.C., according to Scout magazine.

The 35-seat restaurant, dubbed Supermarine, will be the stomping ground for Jacob Deacon-Evans who will serve seafood as executive chef. Pape, one of B.C.’s top barmen, is aiming to build a list of 12 to 15 standards as well as eight to 10 contemporary drinks, such as Green Snapper (made with gin, pineapple, mint and cilantro).

Dinner will be served from 5:30 p.m. to 2 a.m., Monday to Saturday. There’s no word on an opening date.

The duo opened Wildebeest in Gastown in 2012 and Bufala in Kerrisdale in 2014. [scoutmagazine.ca]
