MONTREAL — Montreal-based Burger King Canada is introducing Chicken Fries to its restaurants across the country, following a successful re-launch in the U.S.
“We’ve watched the tremendous buzz the launch of Chicken Fries created in the U.S.,” said Tracy Chin-Sam, marketing director, Burger King Canada. The new Chicken Fries campaign is being rolled out with in-store creative, including the new Chicken Fries packaging. “It’s a fun, tongue-in-cheek campaign that has a lot of user-generated content shared amongst devoted Chicken Fries fans,” Chin-Sam said. Canadians can join the conversation using the hashtag #ChickenFries.
Chicken Fries ($3.49 for nine) are made with premium white-meat chicken, coated in a light crispy breading seasoned with savoury spices and herbs.
Meanwhile, this summer Burger King is introducing its BBQ Collection for a limited time across Canada. It features the return of the BBQ Bacon Whopper and the new BBQ Bacon Tendercrisp chicken Sandwich.
