VANCOUVER — The team behind Vancouver’s Campagnolo Restaurant recently announced a new addition to the brand — Campagnolo Caffè.

The caffè, operated by restaurateurs Tom Doughty, Robert Belcham and Tim Pittman, sits above Campagnolo Restaurant and serves coffee and baked goods. Unlike typical cafés, however, the only java served is drip coffee, a method of brewing where water is poured over roasted, ground coffee beans in a filter.

Caffè serves three single origin above fair trade status coffees from 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters. The varieties include Honduras San Vincente ($3.25 for 10 oz or $9 for 32 oz), Organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe ($3.75) and Kenya Miroma AA ($7).
