Canadian Beer Dinner to be Hosted at Windsor Arms

TORONTO — Doug McNish, vegan and raw food expert as well as consulting chef at Toronto’s Windsor Arms Hotel, is hosting the hotel’s first Canadian Beer News dinner Tuesday, Dec. 6.

“The intention of the dinner series is to partner unique and distinctive craft breweries with top-rated chefs who aren’st normally known for working with beer,” said Greg Clow, publisher of Canadian Beer News.

McNish will pair all-natural organic beers with a four-course gourmet vegan meal. And, Steve Beauchesne, Beau’s Brewing’s co-founder, will be on hand pouring select rarities from the brewery’s Wild Oats and Greener Futures Bourbon Barrel Aged series.

The hotel will host a pre-dinner reception with hors d’oeuvres and a beer pairing.
