CALGARY — Zane Caplansky has set his sights on Calgary to expand his deli empire, the Calgary Herald reports.
Caplansky’s Delicatessens currently has four locations in the Greater Toronto Area, including two at Pearson International Airport.
Caplansky says Calgary is the first place he is looking to expand his deli brand outside of Toronto, and recently spent 10 days in the city to explore options for setting up a Caplansky’s franchise.
