CBC: Actyl Foreign Worker Firm Sues McDonald’s Canada

WINNIPEG — Actyl Group Inc., a firm that recruits temporary foreign workers for Canadian companies, has filed a lawsuit against McDonald’s Canada, reports CBC News.

According to the news organization, Graeme Young, the lawyer representing Actyl Inc., says a lawsuit was filed in Winnipeg Thursday. The report indicates that the quick-service chain didn’t pay “service fees” to the agency.
