WINDSOR, Ont. – The Culinary Guild of Windsor — a branch of the Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) — will be hosting the parent organization’s 47th Annual Convention from May 31 to June 4 at Caesars Windsor.
Chefs from across Canada, the U.S. and South Africa will convene in Windsor for professional development and networking opportunities and to meet with some of the industry’s best food and beverage suppliers.
Conference host and CCFCC Windsor’s president, Ahron Goldman, says: “We are extremely elated to have the convention back in Ontario. The conference will attract some of the most renowned professional speakers in North America from every corner of the industry, including Food Network personalities and the very best chefs in the country.”
As in past years, the event will feature competitions, such as the CCFCC National Chef’s Challenge, Pastry Chef of the Year, National Junior Chef’s Challenge and The World Junior Culinary Exchange with five junior chefs from across Canada and five from South Africa working together on a variety of platforms.
During the next few months the CCFCC Windsor branch will be announcing top keynote speakers and special guests. Industry partnerships are available for those interested in working with the country’s best chefs. For further information, click here.
