MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Celco Inc. has launched Celcook, a product line-up of commercial microwaves and high-speed combination ovens.
The Celcook product line-up includes 1,000-watt ovens with both touchpads and dial timers, and a maximum cook time of 60 minutes. The compact ovens are made for smaller kitchens with 1,200, 1,800, and 2,100-watt models, while the high-capacity ovens come with touchpads and are offered in 1,100-watt, 1,800-watt and 2,100-watt models. The combi-ovens utilize convection heat, high-speed impinged air and precision microwave for rapid cooking. The pizza ovens operate by controlled impinged air and infrared elements for faster cooking.
