NORTH HATLEY, Que. — It’s going to be a busy fall at the recently re-launched Le Hatley restaurant outside of Montreal.
The team behind the newly named resto, which resides in the five-star Manoir Hovey inn, is celebrating its re-opening, along with the release of two cookbooks. 85 Inspirational Chefs and Chefs at Home feature recipes from Hatley’s own chefs, Roland Mènard and Francis Wolf. The coffee table books also features recipes by acclaimed chefs Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and more.
Mènard and Wolf will also be holding a big prize draw for guests who dine at the restaurant between Oct. 22 and Nov. 21. Winners will receive copies of the cookbooks, and all participants will be included in a draw to win a four-course dinner for four cooked at their home by one of Manoir Hovey’s chefs. The draw for the upscale home-cooked meal will be held on Nov.22.
