TORONTO — Celebrity chef Corbin Tomaszeski, in partnership with Chartwells School Dining, is launching a healthy signature menu at 255 schools across Ontario this fall.
“During the school day, eating well is very important as it helps students concentrate in class and participate in school activities,” said Brenda O’Neill, Regional VP, Chartwells School Dining. “We’re really excited to build on our experience of designing menus that are both tasty and healthy through our partnership with chef Corbin and look forward to seeing students experience the new meals.”
Corbin’s signature recipes, developed exclusively for Chartwells School Dining, include:
Boccocini, Beef and Tomato Penne
Kale Caesar Salad
Black Bean and Grilled Chicken Tostada
Turkey, Mushroom and Sundried Tomato Penne
Crispy, Crunchy Chicken Pops
Parmesan Zucchini Sticks
The final recipes reflected the views of students who sampled the food during a testing period.
