Centennial College Welcomes New Professors

TORONTO — Centennial College School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts recently welcomed two new professors to its team — fresh from industry.

Susan Kim and chef Matt Duffy have joined the school in the respective roles of professor of Food Studies and professor of Baking and Pastry Arts.

Kim was previously with La Société Toronto and was the owner of two Ho Su Bistro locations in Toronto. Duffy has most recently held chef positions at Café Boulud in Toronto and New York.
