Champion Industries, which manufactures a full line of premier commercial warewashing systems, received the honour at the 2010 FCSI Conference in Minneapolis in March. They were one of 37 companies competing for the prize.
“Champion has epitomized the intent behind the FCSI Educational Provider Program, which is to offer our consultants helpful, accessible, educational content to foster excellence in their businesses,” said Karen Malody, MSW, FCSI Culinary Options.
Champion Industries’ educational program, designed for other companies in the industry, included such topics as LEED 3.0; dish-machine sizing and application; energy modelling/analysis and warewashing design.
