TORONTO — Toronto-based Chase Hospitality Group (CHG) has announced plans to open its first restaurant location outside of Canada.
The company’s U.S. expansion will be a second location of its vegan concept, Planta, launch a second location in Miami Beach, Fla. through a partnership with Miami-based hospitality entrepreneur David Grutman.
Planta Miami will be CHG’s third 100-per-cent plant-based restaurant — following the recent opening of Planta Burger. The restaurant is set to open in in early 2018.
