TORONTO — Corbin Tomaszeski is taking a culinary lead position at Toronto’s Westin Harbour Castle where he’s introducing a new dining experience.

“I am delighted to be working with the team at The Westin Harbour Castle, the preeminent hospitality leader in the city,” said Corbin. “I look forward to bringing my vision and passion for food to share with guests at the hotel and to residents of Toronto.”

In his new role, Corbin will work with the culinary team to enhance the food-and-beverage experience at the hotel and conference centre. He’ll lead the direction of Savoury, a secluded one-of-a-kind restaurant experience designed for small groups of diners. The five-course meal is served in an intimate and VIP setting, which can be booked with one of the hotel chefs or with Corbin. Here diners can discuss the preparation methods, cooking techniques as well as the origins of the dishes with the chef.

Corbin’s focus on healthy, fresh ingredients and eating well align with Westin’s “Eat Well” pillar, which is part of their Well-Being Movement — a year-long global initiative designed to enhance the well-being of guests.
