MONTREAL — MKT restaurant is coming to Montreal’s business district.
Chef/owner Marino Tavares will showcase market cuisine, with freshly supplied vegetables, fish and seafood with a focus on Italian and Mediterranean flavours.
The MKT menu includes Toscana risotto (duck leg confit, mushrooms), ostriche (oysters) as well as fine meats and wines.
The restaurant officially opens April 20 for a cocktail dinner by invitation only.
