VANCOUVER — The Chefs’ Table Society of B.C. has unveiled plans for a massive, first-of-its-kind outdoor learning and networking event designed for restaurant staff of all levels — Cooks Camp.
The two-day event will offer hands-on learning experiences, guest speakers, feasting and comradery and is set to take place at North Arm Farm in Pemberton, B.C. on Sept. 15 and 16, 2020.
Limited details are available at this time, but the event’s website notes “Cooks Camp will be anchored by seminars, real-time demonstrations and practical workshops that focus on the real world aspects of cook life…the optional activity syllabus is being structured by cooks for cooks.”
