NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — Chipotle Mexican Grill is now offering Queso Blanco at its Canadian locations.
The new recipe uses 13 ingredients, including aged Monterey Jack and white cheddar with serrano, poblano and chipotle peppers. The new queso recipe was tested in 52 locations across three U.S. markets in 2019.
In Canada, Queso Blanco will be available at all Chipotle restaurants in Toronto and Vancouver.
“Feedback on Queso Blanco in the test markets exceeded our expectations and it quickly became clear we needed to give all our guests access to this delicious queso,” says Chris Brandt, Chief Marketing Officer, Chipotle.
To celebrate this major launch, Doordash will be offering $7 off all Chipotle delivery or in-restaurant pick-up orders —including Queso Blanco — in Canada from March 9 through March 30.
