The Chipotle Portobello Burger consists of a mushroom with a beefsteak tomato, red onions, and crisp lettuce topped with Hellmann’s Real Ancho Chipotle sauce on a wholegrain bun.
1 hamburger bun, whole grain
1 mushroom, portobello cap
1 beefsteak tomato, 2 cm slices
1 red onion, 1 cm slices
28 ml (1 oz) olive oil
57 g (2 oz) ancho chipotle sauce
28 g (1 oz) leaf lettuce
Directions: Combine olive oil and half of the ancho chipotle sauce. Coat the mushroom well. Grill mushroom until tender. Assemble each sandwich by layering one mushroom, one slice of tomato, one slice of onion and 28 grams of lettuce onto the bun heel. Top with 28 millilitres of ancho chipotle sauce and finish with the bun top.
