VANCOUVER — Chop Steakhouse + Bar is opening in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour neighbourhood at the end of the month.
Located on the east side of the Vancouver Convention Centre, within walking distance from Waterfront Station, the newest location offers spectacular views of the Vancouver Harbour, North Shore Mountains and Canada Place.
Additionally, Chop Steakhouse + Bar’s new winter menu features include its Christmas in Kentucky cocktail, made with Bulleit bourbon, muddled mandarin orange, Crème de Cacao & Cointreau and cinnamon brûléed orange, and Braised Bone-In Short Rib with teriyaki glaze and crispy onions, served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and fresh seasoned vegetables.
