HUNTSVILLE, Al. — Chef Marc Taft is teaming up with chef Luke Hawke from Atrium Hospitality to open CO/OP Community Table + Bar this spring, a new southern bistro connected to the Downtown Embassy Suites Hotel in Huntsville, Al.
The restaurant will feature a refined farmhouse-influenced design and includes a patio that seats more than 100, as well as a walk-up bar. In addition to its southern ingredient-inspired dishes, the bar will offer modern craft cocktails, local brews on tap and chef curated wine list.
“I’m so honoured and excited to continue this partnership in developing great hospitality for the city of Huntsville,” says Taft. “Chef Luke was the obvious choice to helm the kitchen at CO/OP. I have always been impressed with his food and he is an industry veteran that understands the importance of the hospitality scene to Huntsville.”
