TORONTO — Cocktail Emporium has been chosen as one of a handful of local retailers to open in the historic Front Street Promenade inside the lower level of Toronto’s Union Station in early 2020.

Cocktail Emporium has also officially launched its signature line, Potion House, and executed a fresh rebrand with help from Toronto-based creative studio Kastor & Pollux for all properties. Its name has changed from BYOB to Cocktail Emporium and the brand has launched a revamped e-commerce site.

“My passion for beautiful, interesting barware and quality cocktail ingredients led me to open my first store in Toronto seven years ago,” says Kristen Voisey, founder of Cocktail Emporium.“I feel so fortunate that people have loved what we do so much that we’ve been able to expand and take Cocktail Emporium to the next level. Shifting our business name to Cocktail Emporium and creating a new look and feel for our brand represents the ever-changing cocktail industry and our continued development as a business.”

With two successful brick-and-mortar locations, its flagship Cocktail Emporium (972 Queen St. W.) and Kensington Market’s Cocktail Emporium (20 Kensington Ave.), as well as an online store with international shipping, Cocktail Emporium has grown into the leading destination for cool and innovative bar essentials.

Cocktail Emporium is working with designers Iron & Ivory to create a dynamic, contemporary retail space offering an unparalleled range of unique bar and cocktail supplies for its Union Station location.
