TORONTO — Parka Food Co. — a new quick-service concept — will open its doors sometime in the fall. The restaurant will offer patrons quick, on-the-go vegan meals, according to One Green Planet.
The restaurant’s menu will focus on comfort-food items, and will include an Eggplant Burger, Portobello Burger, Truffle Mushroom Mac, Tomato Soup and Fries Supreme.
