TORONTO — INK Entertainment will open its newest restaurant, Sofia, in spring 2018.
Located in the heart of Yorkville, Sofia will serve seasonal Italian dishes curated by up-and-coming executive chef Christine Mast. Items will include a selection of antipasti, pasta, carne and fish.
“We are incredibly excited to be back in Yorkville and open Sofia during this time of significant revitalization,” says Charles Khabouth, CEO, INK Entertainment. “The neighbourhood is developing beautifully, with much to offer in food, culture, luxury retail and entertainment. We cannot wait for Sofia to be a part of it.”
