TORONTO ― Just in time for the upcoming Easter season, Continental Noodles, the GTA’s first fresh pasta shop and a three-generation family-owned business, has introduced fresh, pastel-coloured Easter egg ravioli pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese, as well as mini-egg gnocchi. These limited-edition pastas make for a fun addition to the spring season.
The fresh pasta is the latest in a line of fresh pasta and frozen meals, traditional pasta sauces, soups, desserts and much more. The company, which has served the restaurant and retail market since 1967, uses traditional Italian methods to produce its iconic pasta shapes. During holiday seasons, the company has produced festive holiday ravioli shaped like Christmas trees and gingerbread men, as well as red and white heart-shaped ravioli for Valentine’s Day. The Continental team is also making Easter extra sweet with its chocolatey Easter treats, including a giant mini egg chocolate-chip-cookie cake and mini egg-topped tiramisu.
