DIEPPE, N.B. — Copper Branch — a fast-casual, vegan-restaurant chain — has announced plans for its first Atlantic-Canadian location in New Brunswick, according to Huddle.
The restaurant will feature approximately 40 seats in a space spanning between 1,700 and 1,900 sq. ft. Expected to open in March, the Dieppe, N.B. location is the first of many locations expected to open in Canada and the U.S. this year.
The vegan-restaurant chain previously announced plans to expand to the U.S. and Western Canada last September. Based in Montreal, Copper Branch currently has 39 locations in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta.
