MONTREAL — Copper Branch has recently announced the opening of a new location — its 50th — at the Yonge Sheppard Center in Toronto. The plant-based company also welcomed its 51st store today in Toronto’s Little Italy neighbourhood.
The new restaurants will feature an all-day breakfast and an all-encompassing menu that includes power bowls, burgers and sandwiches, soups and chili, and power smoothies. The entire menu is whole food plant-based, with many non-GMO, organic, specialty and naturally gluten-free foods.
The openings bring the total number of restaurants in Toronto to three and 17 total overall in Ontario.
The chain also recently announced a partnership with Rainforest Trust, a company that preserves rainforest lands around the world. The company estimates that, through this partnership, it has preserved over 1,075 acres of rainforest lands across the globe.
