STE-THERESE, Que. — Cora Franchise Group, Inc. is celebrating 25 years of serving breakfast.
Today, to help celebrate the milestone, the company is giving away a limited number of special-edition anniversary mugs.
Cora Tsouflidou opened the first Chez Cora restaurant in Ville St-Laurent, Québec in 1987. Today, the Cora network boasts 130 locations nationwide. The company is planning expansion in Western Canada, including B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan. Additional expansion plans are in place for Manitoba and Ontario. Fifteen store openings will be announced in the next year.
Cora has generated more than 100 menu ideas, inspired by family traditions, health trends, customer requests and suggestions from her children.
