STE-THÉRÈSE, Que. — On Oct. 14, Cora Breakfast and Lunch will celebrate its third World Egg Day by donating 25 cents from the sale of every egg plate to the Cora Foundation to benefit Breakfast Club of Canada.
The Cora Foundation’s mission is to aid children in need by supporting and working in collaboration with non-profit organizations trying to improve the quality of life for Canadian kids. The Foundation is financed through fundraising events as well as through special events created by employees and the owners of the company’s more than 130 franchised restaurants across Canada. For the last few years, the Foundation has worked very closely with Breakfast Club of Canada to help provide support and food to children across the country.
